New report on Zero Carbon Plans

An intriguing report has come out called Who’s Getting Ready for Zero, listing the organisations ‘Different actors at national, regional and city levels are already modelling the elimination of greenhouse gases on science-based timeframes compatible with a high chance of limiting the rise in global temperatures to below 2ºC.’

Fascinating stuff. Who would have thought there are over 100 of them? More here.
