Dick Robertson

Dick Robertson has played a central role in the design and facilitation of TippingPoint events. He has honed these skills over almost 20 years as a consultant, much of it as a Director of Ideas Unlimited, an international consultancy which gets leaders, teams and individuals thinking about a different set of “rules” for organisational life – with the intention of opening up new possibilities for the future. Dick puts particular emphasis on engaging the emotions as well as the intellect as clarity of understanding alone does not seem to result in change. He is particularly interested in the way groups collaborate, communicate and reach productive conclusions.
