Jaime Amezaga

I am an engineer with a broad interest in understanding and interacting with the social side of complex technical and natural resources challenges. Most of my research is focused on water, land use and energy management. I am an experienced coordinator of interdisciplinary research projects involving groups in Europe, Central and South America, Africa and Asia. I lecture on sustainability, engineering ethics and water policy. Currently, I lead the Water Theme of the Newcastle Institute for Research on Sustainability (NIReS)
