Thomas Daniell

I am a full time painter, activist gardener and arts educator practicing in Sussex, motivated by concern over ecological destruction and ideas of cultural transformation. I am interested in creative collaborations on projects such as large scale cultural event organising or social change initiatives; that harness the power of craft, theatre and spoken word for transformative experiences in public space. My artistic practice is central to Biodiversity: using sculptural techniques to bring the countless other faces in our living world - into the human realm, through the theatrical device of the mask.
