Our programme is in a state of continuous development. Check back here for updates.
Part of our philosophy is that leadership on climate change and sustainability is very diffuse - the subject is very much one of bottom-up action. We therefore have a practice of minimising input from gurus or acknowledged ‘authority figures’; conversely we believe, and know from experience, that the way to achieve transformative personal development on this subject is to use the energy and inspiration gained from each other. The programme therefore relies very largely on the people present in Warwick for the full two and ahalf days.
The event will start at 11.20 on the morning of Friday June 17, in order to give those travelling time to reach the Warwick Arts Centre.
Friday morning | A presentation on 'The Extraordinary Story of Human Beings, Energy and Happiness'; we know we have to make some difficult choices around our relationship with energy, and taking the long view can often offer a useful perspective, helping us think differently about the future.commentator; this will be linked to an exploration of the many ways the cultural sector is already engaging with the subject. |
